Garage floor coating installed in one day
We turn dusty, stained concrete into a durable flake floor that is easy to clean. Walk on it the same evening and park in 24-48 hours.
More than a nicer look
Bare concrete soaks up oil, dust and road grime. A coated floor seals the surface so spills wipe up and dust stops coming off the slab.
- Resists oil, gas, salt and hot tire marks
- Hides small imperfections with full flake coverage
- Adds grip compared with smooth glossy finishes
- Brightens the room by reflecting light

What goes on your floor
- Diamond grinding. Opens the concrete and removes sealers, paint and stains so the coating bonds.
- Repairs. Cracks, pits and spalls are filled.
- Polyaspartic base coat + full flake. Flake is broadcast wall to wall.
- Clear polyaspartic topcoat. UV-stable, so it does not yellow in sunlight.

FAQ
How long does a garage floor coating last?
A properly installed polyaspartic flake floor typically lasts many years in a residential garage. Our work is covered by a 7-year written warranty.
Can you coat over an old coating or paint?
Usually we grind it off first. A coating is only as good as what it is bonded to, so we remove loose or peeling layers before we start.
Do I need to empty my garage?
Yes, the floor needs to be clear on install day. We can tell you what to move when we schedule.
When can I park on it?
Light foot traffic the same evening. Cars after 24-48 hours depending on temperature and humidity.
