What changes the price
Five factors
- Size. Measured in square feet. Small garages cost more per foot because setup and grinding time are similar.
- Condition. Deep cracks, spalling and pitting take more repair.
- Old coatings. Removing paint or failed epoxy adds grinding time.
- Moisture. High slab moisture may need a special primer.
- Extras. Stem walls, steps and anti-slip texture.

Compare quotes
How to compare apples to apples
- Is the floor diamond-ground or acid-etched? Grinding bonds better.
- Is the topcoat polyaspartic or epoxy?
- Full flake or partial flake?
- What exactly does the warranty cover, and is it written?
Questions

Why not a DIY kit?
